Hilltop

One of Denver’s wealthiest neighborhoods and one of Denver’s “status-symbol” neighborhoods.

Welcome to Hilltop

Hilltop is one of Denver’s wealthiest neighborhoods and one of Denver’s “status-symbol” neighborhoods. With a nice mix of grand old homes and new classics, mature trees, and quiet streets, this high-demand neighborhood is a must-see.

The neighborhood boundary lines are Seventh to the North, Colorado Blvd to the West, Holly to the East, and Alameda to the South. Cranmer Park is at the center of it all with some of the best views of the Front Range mountains, 23 acres of open space, and playing fields. Some of Denver’s most excellent schools, two beautiful parks (Cranmer and Robinson Park), and wide and safe streets attract families and residents who appreciate Hilltop’s above-it-all location. The Hilltop neighborhood gets its name from the fact it is higher in elevation than the surrounding parts of the city and allows you to see those amazing Denver sunsets!
