"My husband and I were relocating back to Denver and Anna Centron was referred to me by a friend. Anna and I first connected by phone and I explained we were still 2-3 months from moving. Based on our search parameters, Anna initially added us to an email of new listings that I received 3X per week. A quick visit to Denver was our first time meeting in person and I had Anna show me just a couple of homes. This is where I really learned how sharp she was! As we walked in, she immediately observed the pluses and minuses of the home. Things I may not have noticed were picked up immediately by her. Having the opportunity to meet me face to face, also helped Anna get a better handle on our needs and what I liked and disliked. I was so sure of her skills that after returning to Canada, we even did two FaceTime walk-throughs for homes that seemed promising online. She quickly assessed things, both positive and negative, while walking through. Upon finally arriving in Denver, we began getting more serious about the timeline for finding a home. While I have no doubt she had other clients to attend to, her focus was on us whenever she and I spoke by phone or met in person. On weekends, I avoided texting her “after hours” and would just email her so she could review at her leisure. Everyone needs time off. Much to my amusement, she would immediately email back. I also found her depth of knowledge really impressive. Possible foundation problems or roof issues to be aware of, cosmetic issues versus something that might be more complicated and require a bigger renovation solution than I might have imagined. When I did find “the” house, Anna was sharp as a tack during negotiations and our offer was accepted. During closing, Anna and her assistant Karen, were attentive and kept the process seamless, on their end. I can happily recommend Anna Centron to anyone searching for a new home. You will be well looked after."
